JP is well-spoken, has a plan every time you speak with him. Comes with a plan, works with you for developing. Responds well to more focused questions, circles back around on anything he doesn’t have on hand. Had examples of other clients for what the training will look like. Hammered home accountability, in terms of sets, performance, nutrition, and other recovery factors. Very dynamic with what he brings to the table.
Throughout the program he made sure we spoke twice a week to set expectations on what needed to get done every week then would review each week with me on the second call.
Reviewed every training clip and built upon what he saw there showing an understanding of how to push a client forward. He kept me accountable with both what weight I was pushing and my nutrition, which made a huge impact on how I performed. -

I've had a 10/10 first month and I'm not just saying that. This has surpassed my expectations because I've always heard about digital personal training and never thought it made much sense. But JP's made it do more than just "work", he's made it exceptional.
I feel healthier, stronger, and more mentally motivated.
I really like the customized workouts, I have a home gym and set of specific weights. He took the time to customize my workouts and ensure I was still making progress despite not having access to a gym.
The communication was by far the most impressive part for me, he went out of your way to accommodate me being 6 hours away. I know it can't be easy having clientele in Europe and J.P showed me that he’s willing to handle that.
It was a worry of mine initially because I know the time difference can be very difficult, but we maneuvered it and handled it really well.
Meeting 2x/week made a HUGE difference. Also the support through WhatsApp? Top notch. I'm happy I can reach him at any time and know I'll get a response soon. -

I used to think I didn’t need a coach because there’s so much free information online. However, I’ve learned that some of that information can be overly complicated or just plain wrong. Coach Josh has shown me how valuable having a coach is. He knows exactly what to do and guides you every step of the way, making the whole process easier and more effective.
I have learned so much about proper programming, exercise selection, and execution—it exceeded my expectations.
I’ve noticed big improvements in my strength and motivation to work out in my first month alone, and know that I have a great foundation to build on. -

This was my first time trying an online coach, and it exceeded my expectations. JP was available, eager, and honest, helping me get back on track with clear goals and consistent support.
The biggest changes were in my motivation and structure. JP tailored workouts to my preferences while keeping them effective, which made it easier to stay consistent and push harder.
Communication was great. JP checked in daily and had chats twice a week to review progress. He tailored the workouts to fit my equipment and goals, so I felt fully supported.
My favorite part was the accountability. Knowing I had someone to answer to made me extra motivated to stick to my plan and stay consistent.

My first few weeks of training were incredibly helpful. I learned how to manage my nutrition better, use tools like MyNetDiary, and set a solid base of metrics to understand where I’m starting. Now, I feel more confident about my progress and have a clearer sense of my own strength.
The communication was excellent. You always waited for my questions and made every effort to complete our calls. If I couldn’t make a Google Meet, Josh is flexible with phone calls and always checked if that worked for me, even when I missed a call.
My favorite part of the workouts is how easy they were to follow. All I had to do was log my reps and weights and give feedback. I didn’t have to overthink it. The food menu was also great—the recipes I tried were delicious. While I did struggle with motivation halfway through the week, I still went to the gym daily, even though it got harder. The support through this challenge has been insanely awesome!
I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone. It teaches the essentials for reaching your goals, whether you want to build muscle, slim down, or just improve overall. It provides tools, knowledge, recipes, and everything you need to stay on track and make progress.

I haven’t tried any coaching programs before, but this one exceeds my expectations, especially with the workout split.
I’ve gained strength quickly in many movements, even while cutting, which has been impressive.
At first, it was a bit challenging since some equipment wasn’t available, but the adjustments made it much easier to follow.
The accountability with daily logs and customized workouts is great and keeps me on track.
